In Tenpenny Parks you have five rounds (months) to transform the humble town of Fairview into the home of the world’s greatest theme parks.
Each month, players take turns placing workers on the game board to take actions like removing trees, building concessions and attractions, and buying more property to make their growing theme parks as attractive to Visiting People (VP tokens) as possible.
Construct rides through the stone age, the American old west, the age of fantasy, the cosmos of space, and the depths of the sea!
At the end of each month, rewards are given to the player with the park that best exemplifies raw emotions (Thrill, Awe, and Joy). After five months, the player with the most VP tokens wins!
Reviews of Tenpenny Parks
"A high quality production board game that integrates a theme park theme very well into the gameplay. Every action feels thematic to building up a theme park from scratch."

"Great fundamentals and excellent table presence that's more than lightweight and less rigorous than a lot of its midweight contemporaries, without sacrificing too much to get there."
The Cardboard Herald
Jack
"A game that's easy to teach but then it also has that depth, that little bit of strategy that helps set it apart."
Send your amusement park staff out into Fairview to do what they do best!
Take turns placing your workers on available spaces around the board and on the rotating carousel. These spaces allow your crew to buy new attractions and concession stands, expand your fairgrounds, clear trees, secure funding, or even to do some marketing.
2. Develop your park
Place new attractions and concession stand tiles on your player board, gaining their benefits.
As the designer of your park, you must carefully plan to avoid trees and take care with the polyomino placement of attractions. Visitors in your crowded park need space to walk freely and behold the spectacles, so buildings cannot share a flat edge.
Trees are ok though - you can’t build over them, but you can build next to them. People like having some shade trees around!
3. Attract the most visitors
If your park isn't memorable, people won't return! Build and grow your park, increasing the levels of Thrill, Awe, and Joy your patrons experience during their visit. These emotions are the key to being memorable and successful.
After 5 months (rounds), the most wondrous park with the most visitors will win the Mayor’s approval and the coveted Golden Key, securing its place in history.
