Recent Updates
- Sep 2, 2024: "Ship from UK" products can be shipped to customers in the EU, NO, and CH. For EU customers, VAT is pre-paid so no VAT / duty is owed upon arrival.
- Jul 29, 2024: "Ship from China" products are exclusively shipped via a two-leg delivery from VFI to a local "hub" in your country. This hub shipping is significantly cheaper (~40% cheaper) and ensures a VAT-free, customs friendly delivery with no VAT/duty due upon arrival. But the shipping time is significantly longer.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items will not ship until they are available and other items ordered at the same time may also be held until the pre-order items are available. Please read the latest Kickstarter update for the related project to see the current delivery estimate.
"Ship from" Options
- Products are shipped from warehouses around the world, according to which "Ship from" option you select for each product.
- For non-US customers, you may owe VAT, taxes, or duty upon arrival, depending on where you live, so please carefully review the details for each "Ship from" option below (swipe to the right on mobile to see the tax details in a section).
- Processing and delivery times are listed in "business days" (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) and may occasionally take longer than listed due to factors outside of our control.
- You may order products labeled "Ship from US" in the same cart as products that ship from other regions. The shipping cost listed will include the total cost to ship all packages and you will receive multiple shipments.
"Ship from US" Products (Thunderworks HQ)
You'll receive a tracking email from Shopify after your order is prepared for shipping.

"Ship from China" Products (VFI)
Note: With the exception of CN and HK, orders are sent via a two-leg delivery from VFI to a local "hub" in your country. This hub shipping is significantly cheaper (~40% cheaper) and ensures a VAT-free, customs friendly delivery with no VAT/duty due upon arrival. But the shipping time is significantly longer. Please select the "Ship from US" option if you want to receive items faster (at a higher cost).
